My Smart Hands London

My Smart Hands London is looking for volunteers interested in assisting
with upcoming events in Victoria Park this summer. The events involved are
Kids Expo (June 18, 19 & 20), London Food Festival (June 25, 26, & 27)
as well as the Ribfest (July 30, 31 August 1, & 2)

Come out and enjoy various activities involving using American Sign Language signs with children and/or with those with Communication Barriers. We are looking for people that would enjoy the opportunity to interact with children and parents while assisting with various duties.

Volunteer Duties:
             Resource lending
             Interact with children in a supervised enviroment while doing demonstrations

Additional Training Provided:
             We will train

Additional Training Preferred:
            Previous experience with children

Additional Opportunity Information:
           Major Responsibilities º Volunteers must have a love for children and have the ability to play & have fun. º Ability to present a professional demeanor and appearance at all times º Looking for energetic & versatile volunteers to participate in sing, sign and storytimes with babies, toddlers & parents º Ability to comfortably communicate, relay information & interact with children of all adults, ages, & those with Communication Barriers º Must be prompt and reliable
