We have gathered items made primarily of natural products, putting quality ahead of cost. We have searched high and low to gather together the most unique and environmentally responsible items we could find, growing our collection until we had covered the basics and added plenty of whimsical specialties. Along with My Smart Hands classes UTM also offers programs such as Free Baby Weigh In, Speed Dating for a Doula, Drop In Breastfeeding Café and more.

Here at Vesta, it is our goal to provide each woman with accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive information for her situation. This enables her to make the informed decisions that work best for her family. We strive to empower each woman to have faith in her ability to grow, deliver and nurture her children and her dreams with competence, strength and pride.
The Vesta Centre also focuses on the reduction and prevention of post-partum depression by providing daily drop-in cafes for moms and babes; toddlers are welcome as well to a child-friendly atmosphere. It is our belief that having strong woman-to-woman connections enhances and amplifies our ability to listen to our inner voice and be at peace with our decisions. It is our hope that you will make your friends and family aware of this valuable resource available to the community.
