REGISTRATION

To register for a program, please complete the Registration Form with the following information:

Payments may be made via cash, personal or certified checks, money order or through PayPal.  I can also e-mail an invoice to you through PayPal in which you can pay with your credit card or PayPal account (You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay with the invoice).

BABY SIGN LANGUAGE LEVEL I & II

Payments must be received a minimum of 12 business days prior to the start of classes to ensure that all required manuals are available for the start of your program.  Those who's payments are received between 1-11 days prior to the start of classes may need to wait for the second class to receive their manuals.

*Payments made by personal checks must be made a minimum of 14 business days prior to the start of your classes.

WAIVERS

 All children participating in any of My Smart Hands London programs, are under your (parent/caregiver/educator) direct supervision.  You are responsible for your and their well-being and behavior.  All parents/caregivers/educators are required to fill in and sign a waiver before they and their child(ren) are permitted to participate in any of our programs. 
 
 
CLASS TIMES, LENGTH AND SCHEDULING

Please note class times and durations are subject to change depending on number of registrations.
Classes may be canceled and rescheduled due to low enrollment or other issues.  In the event of  class cancelation
or rescheduling clients will be notfied by email: therefore please ensure to check your email just prior to start time on the scheduled day of class.

Also when registering for a class or workshop (where applicable) please be sure to allow a minimum of an additional two weeks for unforseen delays such as weather or instructor illness.

Due to young ages or developmental levels, some children will not tolerate participating in an activity for a long time, and for some, 30-45 minutes may be unattainable. Please be sure that you have a toy(s) for your baby/child in case this occurs.

CHEQUES

A service charge of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks

 REFUNDS

Due to materials needing to be specifically ordered and shipped in, a portion of your program fees (50% fee) will be non-refundable if you need to cancel.  


Any additional items not included in the program fees that you have ordered (extra manuals, signing party materials, etc. are non-refundable as they have been specially ordered for you and may not be returned to the manufacturer).  

A full refund (less the 50% fee) must be requested a minimum of 7 days before your scheduled program.  There will be no refunds issued after the first day of classes.  (Administration fees may apply to refunds)

There are no refunds for missed classes, however, if class is canceled by the instructor you will be offered a make-up class.

All programs are inclusive and 8 week programs also
